If a contract has the status INACTIVE, it is no longer possible to reactivate the contract. The contract has been successfully terminated and can't be used for charging anymore.
If a contract has the status TERMINATION INITIATED, the contract is still active and can be changed to ACTIVE.
In order to change the status back to ACTIVE, please contact our support team.
Please note that this process needs to take place before the termination date.
